Dulwich Hamlet are down to seventh place in the Isthmian League Premier Division table after twice letting leads slip at Leiston last weekend.
The away side went ahead in the tenth minute when Ashley Carew’s corner was flicked on and Marc Weatherstone applied the finish from close range.
Leiston, though, were level within seven minutes, Matt Blake moving off the right wing to fire past goalkeeper Preston Edwards.
Hamlet almost regained the lead when Sanchez Ming blocked a clearance from home stopper Jacob Marsden but the ball spun just wide.
The away side were dominant after the break, creating a number of clear chances, but Gavin Rose’s men had to wait until eighteen minutes from time to restore their goal advantage. It came from the penalty spot after Michael Chambers had been brought down, Carew converting past Marsden.
Leiston drew level in the 79th minute and it was Blake again on target when he finished Nico Muir’s shot past Edwards.
Substitutes Nyren Clunis and Gavin Tomlin had chances to win it for their side, but Hamlet had to settle for a point.
