Millwall Lionesses midfielder Alyssa Miranda has left the club to return home to the United States.
The Lionesses are currently out of action as “non-elite” sport can’t go ahead during lockdown.
The club said: “Alyssa made an instant impact since arriving at the Lionesses last season, and has been an integral part in the club’s re-establishment in the league.
“Alyssa was a key member of the squad during her time in south London, and her determination and drive were matched by her abilities and skill on the pitch.
“We will miss having your infectious enthusiasm with us and wish you all the very best of luck back in the States.”
Miranda added: “Thank you Millwall Lionesses and all of the fans for your support. I’ll be back soon.”
